How we work
The offer describes solution, price, scope of delivery and division of responsibility. It states which tasks PONTIER carries out or coordinates, and which works you or others handle.
The schedule is based on engineering, authority processes, production and access to the site. PONTIER delivers the agreed physical framework. Daily operation is handled by you or your operator.
The option of later stages can be included from the beginning. An expansion is assessed separately based on experience with use and operation and the current conditions on site.
01We talk about what you want to create, who will use it and where it will be placed. Together we review access, existing facilities, budget and preferred schedule. We also clarify who controls the area and which conditions need to be examined.
02We translate your wishes into a proposal with layout, materials and architectural expression. Capacity, accessibility and daily operation are considered together with the facilities already on site. Wishes for later expansion or relocation are part of the concept.
03We prepare the technical basis for production and installation. Structure, foundation or mooring, access and installations are detailed according to the use. On water this also covers buoyancy and stability. Safety, maintenance and documentation for the agreed authority process are included.
04The unit and any associated platforms are produced according to the agreed project basis. We follow materials, build-up and quality assurance through to delivery. At the same time we coordinate the work that has to be ready on site - for example access, foundation or mooring and connections. Who carries out each task is agreed.
05We coordinate transport, placement and installation with the agreed preparations on site. The installations included in the delivery are tested. At handover we review what has been delivered and the information on use, cleaning and maintenance.

Permits
Location, use and access from land help determine which matters need to be clarified. We examine authority conditions and environmental considerations early and plan the dialogue with relevant authorities and the harbour or land owner as part of the project process.
